A guided 45-minute beginner exercise session with Tala Hamadeesa every Saturday. Perfect for women just starting their fitness journey. Includes adjustable weight training, resistance bands, and core work. No experience necessary. Comfortable clothing and water recommended. Sessions held in our private training room at Crabtree Health.

Eligibility: This session is designed for patients interested in learning about our services. It is an informational session and does not include medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. Booking Requirements: A valid email address and phone number are required at the time of booking. Rescheduling & Cancellations: We understand that schedules can change! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so online. Rescheduling can be done through your confirmation email or by contacting our office. Session Limit: Each patient is eligible for one introductory session. Follow-Up Appointments: After your session, you’ll have the option to book a comprehensive consultation tailored to your needs.
