Crabtree Health PLLC - Introductory Session Booking Policy Thank you for considering Crabtree Health PLLC! We look forward to meeting you during your introductory session. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth experience: Duration: Each introductory session lasts 15–30 minutes and is conducted via phone/video call. Eligibility: This session is designed for first-time patients interested in learning about our services. It is an informational session and does not include medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. Booking Requirements: Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. A valid email address and phone number are required at the time of booking. Rescheduling & Cancellations: We understand that schedules can change! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your session. Rescheduling can be done through your confirmation email or by contacting our office. No-Show Policy: To ensure availability for other patients, repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in loss of access to sessions in the future. Session Limit: Each patient is eligible for one introductory session. Follow-Up Appointments: After your session, you’ll have the option to book a comprehensive consultation tailored to your needs.
