What is covered under insurance?
Primary Care services can be covered under insurance. For weight Management and Hormonal Care we use direct pricing as they require longer visits and monthly follow-ups.

Can I combine insurance with out-of-pocket services?
No! Insurance is only accepted for primary care related services if the patient choose to use their insurance. We can still provide weight management under the umbrella of what your insurance provider covers. For best care for our patients, we use direct cash based option, so that we can give them success in achieving their goals.
