2. Will I have marks after cupping? Yes, temporary circular marks or mild bruising are common and usually fade within 3–7 days. These are not painful and indicate improved circulation.
3. How often should I get cupping? Frequency depends on your goals. Many patients come once every 2–4 weeks for wellness, while others may book more frequently for pain or stress relief.
4. Can I do cupping if I have a medical condition? Cupping is generally safe, but it may not be recommended for patients with bleeding disorders, those on blood thinners, or during pregnancy. A consultation with our provider is required before your first session.
5. What should I do before and after my session? Eat a light meal beforehand and stay hydrated. After your session, avoid strenuous activity and keep the area clean and moisturized.
6. Is it covered by insurance? No, cupping is an elective wellness service and is not covered by insurance. Payment is required at the time of booking.
